Organoleptic Characteristics:

Olfactory phase:
Very intense green fruity.  Multitude of nuances show their great complexity. Fruit and citrus reminiscences.    Herbaceous sensations, thyme and peppermint. Notes of vegetables like the tomato bush.

Gustatory phase:
In the mouth of a sweet, green almond, bitter and pungent of medium intensity.   Oil perfectly structured, long, persistent and oblivious to the taster's indifference. It is a balanced, complex and harmonic oil.
